Rev. Dorothy B. Wilson

Dorothy B. Wilson was born in Quitman, Georgia and raised in Midland, Pennsylvania. Dorothy is a widow with four children, grandmother and great grandmother.

Dorothy moved to California in 1983 and acknowledged her calling to the ministry in 1996. Rev. Dorothy B. Wilson has two ordinations in ministry. She has attended Interdenominational Theological Center, Bible Schools in Pennsylvania and California. From Pennsylvania and the state of California she has received awards, commendations and was chosen as Senior Of The Year by the Haven’s Women Center and by Stanislaus County in May of 2000.

In January 1998, Rev. Wilson was led of the Lord to begin ministering as a chaplain for the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department. She continues to minister until this present time. In April 2002 she completed Chaplaincy Program Training for the Modesto City Police Department and served for several years. Rev. Dorothy Wilson also served as a California State Chaplain at the Sierra Conservation Center in Jamestown.

Rev. Dorothy B. Wilson, better known as “Mama Dot” to all. Dorothy is truly full of the word! She has taught many home and church bible studies. Dorothy has an explosive anointed jail and prison ministry. When the inmates are introduced to Jesus through the Word of God their lives are changed forever. Her favorite scripture is Psalms 84:11.
